The Fontana Aquatics Club offers a competitive swimming program that is challenging and fun. We are a parent run, family orientated team & have non-profit status. We emphasize hard work and team effort in a sport that is usually seen as an individual effort.

We compete in United States Swimming events all year, and we are part of the San Gorgonio Swim League that competes May-July. Since becoming a year 'round team in 2005, more & more swimmers are qualifying for AA competitions & the Southern California Junior Olympics.

But you don't have to be a Junior Olympic swimmer to join our team! We welcome any child that loves swimming! If you are between the ages of 4 and 18, can swim one lap across the pool on your own, want to work hard and be a part of our swim family, come out to one of our practices and sign up!

Where: Fontana High School, 9453 Citrus Ave.
(Our home since 1959! Thank you Fontana Unified!)

When: Monday through Thursday

Copper:  4:45-5:45pm
Bronze:  4:45-6:00 pm
Silver B: 5:30-6:45 pm
Silver A: 5:15-7:00 pm  Saturday & holiday practices optional
Gold: 5:15-7:30 pm, Some Saturday's 6:00-8:00 am,  some holidays & weekday mornings

Please check practice schedule often and check with your coach as practices may change according to Summit & Fontana high school polo schedules.

We are generally off the last two weeks of August and back in the water the day after Labor Day.

The news we've all been waiting for...

We will begin practice at the Fontana Aquatics Center on November 17th!  The week of November 10th we will have an orientation/walk-through for all parents & swimmers. Exact day & time TBA.

Change in parent meetings:

Starting in October the meetings will be the first Wednesday of the month rather than Thursday.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!! We no longer can park near the pool at the lunch tables. You will be ticketed by school police. You can park at adult ed, front of school, back of school near field/basketball courts or in faculty parking on the North side of the school.

Team suit orders will only be taken in March & October.  The only exception would be if we had a large influx of swimmers & could get an order of at least 12.

Because of the number of swimmers entering USS meets, the meet administrators are having to cut swimmers that enter late.  Please be aware of meet entry deadlines so that we can enter early & not run the risk of having swimmers from our team not able to swim.
